#Architecture that matters: meet Francis Kéré
‘Architecture that matters’ is spreading the wings!
Many people are thinking and creating meaningful architecture.
All over the world, we can find professionals committed to humanity
and to improve the quality of life for many others.
And we also wanna share what and who inspires us 🙂
Today, meet Diébédo Francis Kéré, an architect from Burkina Faso,
currently based in Berlin, and one of the strongest names of Afro-futurism.
Kéré’s work values the power of a community, ancestral wisdom, sense of belonging and beauty. He has changed and continues to change the lives of many people, especially in Gando, the village where he was born.
